Article 9

The alliance has a secretariat, which, as a permanent institution of the alliance, is responsible for the daily affairs of the alliance. It has a secretary general, a deputy secretary general, two deputy secretaries general and an office director. Its office is located in Yingu building.
Article 10 the China International Economic Cooperation Investment Fund shall be decided by the executive director meeting and implemented by the Secretariat.
Article 11 the obligations of the members of the economic cooperation Union:
1Abide by the articles of association of the alliance, implement the resolutions of the Council of the alliance and undertake the obligations of the alliance;
2. consciously maintain the image of the alliance and make suggestions for the development of the alliance;
3Actively plan and participate in the conference, investigation and discussion activities of the alliance;
5In case of any change in the legal representative of the economic cooperation enterprise, the Secretariat of the Council alliance shall be notified within 30 days after the change for text change.
6Timely provide the development trends, product information and performance materials of the economic cooperation enterprises for the filing and publicity of the Council alliance;
7Provide the direct contact information and direct contact person of the leaders of the economic cooperation enterprise for the Secretariat to provide various private services in time;

Chapter VII membership procedures of members of the economic cooperation Union

Article 13 examination and approval by the Council of the economic cooperation Union

Chapter VIII withdrawal of members of the economic cooperation Union
Article 15 members shall have the right to freely join and withdraw from the alliance.
Article 16 If a member intends to withdraw from the alliance, he shall notify the Council and the Secretariat of the alliance in writing two months in advance. With the written confirmation of the alliance, his membership will be automatically suspended.
Chapter IX sources and purposes of economic cooperation union funds

5As the source of industrial research fund of China International Economic Cooperation Alliance.
Chapter X amendment and dissolution of the articles of association of the economic cooperation Union
Article 19 when the articles of association of the Council alliance need to be amended, the Secretariat of the Council alliance shall formulate an amendment plan and submit it to the members of the Council Alliance for discussion and decision. The dissolution procedure of the Council alliance is the same.
Article 20 the power of interpretation of the articles of association belongs to the China International Economic Cooperation Union.
